Privacy Policy

Mail Communication - If you contact us via email (e.g., to contact customer support), we will collect your name and email address, as well as any other content included in the email, in order to send you a reply. We may ask you to provide us with additional information if we require it to process and solve your issue.

All our mail communication is stored on secured and certified servers in Germany. All mail communication is deleted from our servers immediately if the information is no longer required by us to address the issue you contacted us about. If we receive information by email that we are required by law to retain for a longer period of time, we reserve the right to do so.

Play Store Comments - You have the option to rate and to comment our games inside of the Google Play Store. The data you provide inside of these comments is stored and collected by Google Inc. under their terms (see https://policies.google.com/privacy).

We do not collect this data but we have access to it. We may use some of your feedback and/or critique to improve our games, but we do not collect any personal information that you provide in these comments. We may answer to some of these comments to clarify or to ask you to provide us with more information by inviting you to contact us via email (see Mail Communication).

Advertising - We use advertising to fund our services and to make our games available for free. In order to do this we need to share some information we collect from you with our third-party advertising partners. We use AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google Inc, in our mobile games.

When you start our games we ask you for your consent to allow us to provide you with personalized advertising which is more relevant to you. You have the option to decline in which case we still have the legitimate interest to show you non-personalized ads in order to monetise our mobile game development. You can change your decision about personalized/non-personalized ads at any time in the settings of our games.

AdMob may use a mobile ad identifier and some other device data (usually a truncated IP-Address and approximate geographic location) to provide you with personalized ads. Although non-personalized ads don't use mobile ad identifiers for ad targeting, they do still use them for frequency capping, aggregated ad reporting, and to combat fraud and abuse.

Log Information - When you visit our website www.caragames.com, we only collect data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called "server log files"). Log Information is kept for up to 3 days after which it is permanently removed. These logs include the IP address, browser, operating system, and page address.

Mail Communication - We use your personal information submitted in your communications to contact and respond to you.

Advertising - We use the ad service AdMob to help monetise our mobile games and to make them available for free. AdMob may use your mobile ad identifier to provide you with personalized advertising. Depending on the country you reside in we ask for your consent to provide you with personalized advertising when you start our games for the first time.

Log Information - We use the log information that we collect on our servers to protect the safety and security of our servers and to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.

Third-party advertising partners - We have contracted with certain third-party advertising networks and share some information (usually a mobile ad identifier, truncated IP-Address and approximate geographic location) with them to assist us in delivering advertising to you that allows us to continue offering the Games for free. Please note that these advertising networks are governed by their own terms and data processing policies.

The security of your personal information is important to us. So we have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it. Although we use commercially reasonable efforts to assure that your information remains secure when maintained by us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

We want you to be in control of your information, so we provide you with the following tools.

Access, Correction, Portability and Deletion of your Information - As explained in this policy, we keep the amount of personal information we hold about our users to an absolute minimum. In case we do hold some personal information about you (e.g. Mail Communication) you have full control over it. We want to inform you that you have the right to contact us to request the data we hold about you, to request a correction, or to request the deletion of your data.

Advertising Preferences - Our advertising partners try to show you ads that they think will be relevant to your interests. If you would like to modify the information our advertising partners use to select these ads, you can do so in our app settings or your device preferences.

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer's hard drive. We do not use any cookies on this website to collect information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under the age of 13. If a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian may contact us by emailing us at support@caragames.com. We will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We always indicate the date of the latest change at the top of this document. If we make significant changes to this policy, we will provide a prominent notice in form of a popup window inside of our games. If you disagree with the terms of this policy you may stop using our games at any time.
